After the performances are concluded, it is the responsibility of the Master Builder and their crew to clear the stage in preparation for the next show.
Before Load Out, the Master Builder should meet with the next production's Master Builder and PSM to see what elements of the set, if any, can be reused and to work out the schedule for the Load Out and Load In. The Master Builder will also create a load out plan with a crew and assignments ready to go.
The PSM should ensure that everyone is communicating, and that the Master Builder is ready to go and has a completed plan and adequate help.
