Onboarding
The first rehearsal of a production is Onboarding day, where everyone should be in attendance: cast, crew, and designers.
This is a chance for everyone to meet everyone, take care of administrative tasks, and do a table read of the script.

The Director will share their expectations for how the cast and crew are to behave during the production process
Actors sign off on Contact Sheet information

Cast & crew will sign any other agreements, waivers, and releases

Actors receive and sign off on Comp Ticket Policy
Actors receive and sign off on Social Media Policy
Actors who will be utilizing weapons sign the Weapon Handling Agreement
The Marketing manager will ensure that anyone who didn't get a headshot picture has one taken.
The Costume designer will get measurements from the cast for costumes.
The IT manager will ensure that all actors & crew get access to
the appropriate folders in the Google Drive
the production's Google calendar
the appropriate Google chats
The PSM is responsible to ensure that all these tasks are completed.
For Youth Actors/Crew
For shows including Youth actors/crew members the Youth agreement will be added as well as a background check for anyone working with the youth from the production team.
For youth actors, parents will be responsible for getting costume measurements. There is no exception to this rule.
Script Read Thru
After the onboarding tasks are complete, the cast will do a full read through of the script.
