 The PSM is responsible for all policies and procedures to include communications policies and adherence to the Code of Conduct. It is the PSM’s job to make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there, doing what they are supposed to be doing. The Director should not have to quiet anyone, as the PSM should beat them to it.
