Once the production has closed, there will be a final “post mortem” meeting. This meeting will be run by the Producer, and should be attended by the Director, all designers, the Builders and the PSM at a minimum. Representatives from the cast and crew may also attend.

This meeting is meant to identify any issues that happened during the entire process (Pre- Production, Production, Rehearsals, Tech Week, Performances), as well as identifying things that went well or ran smoothly.

At this time, the PSM will also supply the Technical Director with the evaluations for their crew, and receive an evaluation from the Technical Director on their performance.
